The CMA Dishmachines Model CB is an exceptionally flexible commercial low-temp door machine that can be converted in the field for either straight-through or 90-degree corner dishtable configurations. This convertible design makes it the ultimate dishmachine for leased commercial kitchen spaces or evolving foodservice layouts.
Operating with low-temperature chemical sanitizing, Model CB processes 40 racks per hour with automatic chemical metering and stainless steel scrap accumulation.
