CMA Dishmachines EST-66 TALL Heavy-Duty Commercial Conveyor Dishwasher
The CMA Dishmachines EST-66 TALL combines the food-stripping power of a 22-inch integrated pre-wash section with the oversized vertical clearance of a 25-inch tall hood. Specifically developed for heavy bakeries, commissary kitchens, and banquet centers, this flagship conveyor cleans 249 racks per hour while handling sheet pans, stock pots, and banquet trays without manual pre-scrubbing.
With an overall footprint of 66 inches, dual external scrap accumulator drawers capture solids prior to entering both the pre-wash and main wash reservoirs. Operators can empty scrap drawers on the fly without interrupting dishwashing throughput.
