• Hatco’s patented FS2HAC-15 Flav-R-Savor® Heated Air Curtain Cabinet effectively and safely keeps foods at ideal serving temperatures without the use of doors, allowing immediate access to the product.
• FS2HAC-15 is a single opening specialty warmer that includes a removable nickel plated wire rack that holds six (6) 1/3 size pans (pans not included). Also includes a removeable crumb tray, USB port and a touch screen control with temperature and timer display.
• Warm air at the front of the cabinet is forced downward, through the ducts above the opening, forming a “curtain” of heated air, a portion of which is drawn toward the rear of the cabinet, warming each pan.
• Designed as a single-opening specialty warmer to hold prepared food items for custom food orders, keeping them hot and ready for serving.
• Features a touchscreen control with a temperature and timer display, a USB port and a removable crumb tray.
• Includes a removable wire rack that holds 6 third-size food pans.
